Sheets and towels are optional. Reservation possible for any stay.
We draw your attention to the heating which should not be set to more than 19 degrees. Also thank you for remembering to turn off the lights when leaving the accommodation and to turn off the heaters in the event of open windows. Thank you for understanding. Possible control
The accommodation must be left clean, the bins emptied and the dishes tidy and clean.
A set of keys will be given to you at your entrance. Keychain to be returned imperatively at the exit of the premises.
UPPER SLEEPS:
Please note that the bunk bed / mezzanine bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old. In any case, we ask you to be very careful.
INTERNET/TV
The user undertakes not to use the WI-FI service for illicit, prohibited or illegal purposes.
Also, any purchase of VOD, games ... is prohibited. Otherwise, the price multiplied by 3 will be taken from the deposit.
SWIMMING POOL / JACUZZI
The deck can be slippery when wet. Be careful, risk of falling.
You are reminded that you must add water to the swimming pool at ¾ level of the skimmer for swimming pools, at the flowers of the headrests for spas. Otherwise there is a risk of damage to the machinery.
La Clé Chaumoise reminds users of the lack of supervision of the swimming pool, therefore this is the responsibility of adults vis-à-vis all travellers.
All users of the swimming pool must be covered by defense and recourse liability insurance and acknowledge that they release the owners from all liability in terms of security related to the supervision of all persons participating in the stay.
Any child under 16, unaccompanied by an adult parent, is not allowed to access the pool area. Babies must be equipped with special nappies. They must be under the supervision of a responsible adult who knows how to swim (in order to avoid any risk of accident, we ask that you watch young children in particular). Under no circumstances should children be left alone at the edge of the pool
Pool users undertake to take a shower before bathing and to use their personal bath towels exclusively.
A control by the staff of LA CLE CHAUMOISE or service provider may be carried out during the stay in order to control the quality of the water as well as the water levels.
Rental agreement
It is concluded between:
- the company LA CLE CHAUMOISE – 19 rue de la corvette – 85100 LES SABLES D’OLONNE, SARL with a capital of 5000€.
- the traveler
It has been agreed between the Parties that SARL LA CLE CHAUMOISE rents to the traveler the accommodation chosen by the latter. The reservation is granted and accepted at the price, charges, and special conditions indicated on the reservation confirmation, of which these general conditions constitute an integral part.
1. Object
The rented accommodation is not used for main residence or mixed professional use and main residence. They are rented furnished as seasonal rentals.
The parties agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the stipulations of this contract and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Housing
All the characteristics of the accommodation can be consulted on the website www.reservations.laclechaumoise.fr (number of beds, maximum occupants, photographs, etc.).
The address of the property is mentioned on the booking confirmation, as well as the number of occupants (minor, adult), the start and end dates of the stay.
Any changes must be notified by the traveler to LA CLE CHAUMOISE in order to make the changes. Please note that the maximum number of occupants must not be exceeded because LA CLE CHAUMOISE may reserve the right to refuse entry to the premises.
3. Duration of the seasonal rental
The stay has a fixed period and can in no case obtain a right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Depending on the availability of LA CLE CHAUMOISE staff, the arrival and departure times may be modified. These times are defined and mentioned to travelers a few days before arrival in order to be able to accommodate all travelers while respecting LA CLE CHAUMOISE procedures.
The Traveler undertakes to leave the accommodation totally free on the date and time of departure and to check-out with delivery of the keys to LA CLE CHAUMOISE.
4. Price of the stay
The amount of the rental is mentioned on the booking confirmation, charges included, namely:
- Electricity, water, heating (a supplement may be requested depending on the rentals during the heating period).
Added to this are the concierge fees of 5% including tax of the amount of the stay in order to cover the administrative costs, the management of the secure payment and the operating costs of the software.
Extras (services) can be added by the traveler at any time.
5. Reservation
When booking their stay, the traveler pays the deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
If payment is not made within 24 hours, LA CLE CHAUMOISE reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The balance, after deduction of the amount of the deposit, must be paid no later than 30 days before entering the accommodation, by online payment.
No key will be returned without full payment.
6. Security deposit
A deposit is required to cover any damage caused by the Traveller. This deposit is not charged. A bank card imprint (without modifying your credit card limit) is provided thanks to our Swikly application.
In the event of damage, this sum may be collected in whole or in part.
The security deposit will be requested 3 to 7 days before arrival via Swikly. If this is not done before arrival, LA CLE CHAUMOISE will not be able to accommodate you.
The bank imprint will be lifted no later than 21 days after the Traveler's departure, after deducting:
- Damage observed,
- Repairs to be carried out,
- Additional cleaning
- Loss of keys,
- Theft of objects...
7. Tourist tax
The tourist tax collected by the territory will be paid by the traveler when booking at the rate in effect on the date of the stay. The tourist tax is due per adult (>18 years old) and per night.
8. Assignment and subletting
The rental contract is concluded for the benefit of the traveler who makes the reservation.
Any assignment of the rental contract is prohibited.
9. Inventory
An inventory of furniture / inventory is given to the traveler when entering the premises.
If it is not drawn up and signed by LA CLE CHAUMOISE (or its staff) and the Traveller, it may be produced by the agent and given to the Traveler upon entry and thus it will be contestable by the Traveler within a 24 hours after entering the accommodation.
In the absence of dispute, it will be accepted without reservation by the Traveller.
An inventory/inventory will be drawn up by the Parties at the end of the rental. In the absence of an inventory and/or inventory at the end of the rental or if the Traveler alone establishes the inventory and/or the inventory at the end of the rental, the absence of dispute by LA CLE CHAUMOISE within 48 hours of the end of the rental will be worth returning the premises in good condition
10. Obligations of the traveler
- The Traveler will use the accommodation and furniture peacefully and will be liable for any damage/losses that may occur during their stay
- The Traveler will take care of the accommodation and return it to a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs. If items listed in the inventory are missing, the deposit may be withheld.
- Before departure, the Traveler must:
- Remove sheets / towels and put the set in the entrance
- Wash the dishes and put them away
- Empty all the trash cans and take the containers outside.
- Clean barbecue grills, plancha and wood stove (if you do not wish to do so: flat rate of €50 / equipment)
- Any noise likely to disturb neighbours, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., is prohibited.
- He will respect the maximum number of people who can enter the premises
- He agrees not to smoke in the common areas and inside the accommodation.
- No party is tolerated in the accommodation.
- It is forbidden for the traveler to bring animals into the accommodation, except with the agreement of LA CLE CHAUMOISE
- No opposition to visiting the premises if LA CLE CHAUMOISE so requests.
11. Insurance
The traveler is required to respond to the rental risks and to indemnify LA CLE CHAUMOISE for any damage and/or harm for which he is liable. As such, he must take out holiday insurance which is generally included in his multi-risk insurance for his main residence.
12. Cancellation
The traveler wishing to cancel his reservation, except in cases of force majeure, must send his request to LA CLE CHAUMOISE
For some accomadations, cancels no later than 6 days before the effective date of the rental contract, he will then be fully reimbursed. If he cancels less than 5 days before the effective date of the rental contract, he will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of no-show on the date of entry into the premises, LA CLE CHAUMOISE may use its rental. The amount paid for the reservation remains due.
For other accommodations, the deadline is extended and will be as follows:
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the penalty will be 0% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs from 14 days to 4 weeks before the date of arrival, the penalty will be 50% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date, the penalty will be 100% of the rental amount.
In case of no-show (NO SHOW), the customer will lose 100% of the rental amount.

LA CLE CHAUMOISE wishing to cancel the reservation of the traveler, except in cases of force majeure, must notify him as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days before the effective date of the rental contract. He will then refund the sums paid.
LA CLE CHAUMOISE reserves the right to terminate the contract, without compensation, in the event of serious or repeated violation of one of the clauses of these general rental conditions and in the event that:
- Use of the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes (attempted or committed by the traveler)
- An overflow following a neighborhood complaint / police intervention,
- A payment default....
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF LA CLE CHAUMOISE
- The obligations of LA CLE CHAUMOISE are obligations of means. The agent will put the best means at its disposal to ensure that its services operate optimally. The responsibility of LA CLE CHAUMOISE can therefore only be engaged on the demonstration of a fault attributable to it.
- The responsibility of the agent cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliant use of its services by the user and the traveler.
- LA CLE CHAUMOISE cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of its services for any event beyond its control
- LA CLE CHAUMOISE cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined in article 1218 of the Civil Code.
It is expressly agreed that, if the responsibility of LA CLE CHAUMOISE were recognized by the courts in the execution of the general rental conditions, the user and the traveler, a legal entity, could not claim any other compensation and damages than the reimbursement payments made under its services.
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER AND THE TRAVELER
- In addition to all the provisions described in these general rental conditions, he undertakes to regularly update their contact details (email address, postal address, etc.). All contact details provided by the traveler to LA CLE CHAUMOISE must be accurate and current. In case of modification, the traveler must inform, without delay, the representative
The traveler and his occupants are not authorized to:
- Exploit, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, translate, make publicly available or decompile the site, its content, any database integrated into the site, or any other similar element.
- Use the site for purposes other than those authorized by these general rental conditions.
- Reproduce any portion of the site on another Internet site or otherwise, using any device whatsoever, in particular, by using a frame or a border surrounding the site or by employing any other framing technique making it possible to encircle any portion or aspect of the site, or by identically reproducing or duplicating any portion of the site.
- Post or transmit false, fraudulent or misleading information in any way whatsoever, or commit any act likely to be considered as phishing and which would incur criminal or civil liability.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, indecent, inflammatory, explicitly sexual, pornographic or profane.
LA CLE CHAUMOISE reserves the right to take legal action
In addition, it will have the right to delete the disputed content without notice or compensation, reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the services and/or reservations of users and travelers.
The domain name, trademarks, logos, signs, drawings, illustrations, photographs, texts, graphics and other files appearing on the site are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property, and belong to LA CLE CHAUMOISE or are object of an authorization of use.
DISPUTES
These general rental conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, users and travellers, natural persons, may opt for mediation. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the place of residence of the defendant.
For users and travellers, legal persons, any dispute relating to the general rental conditions, resulting in particular from their signature, their execution, their interpretation, their termination, or their validity, must imperatively be the subject of a attempt at an amicable solution by the Parties.
In the absence of an amicable solution to the dispute within 15 days, the dispute must then be submitted to the competent court.
