- An American kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).
- A separate toilet,
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A bedroom with 140 bed and a sofa
- Washing machine in the pantry
- Pure moment of disconnection: no television.
Private parking on the ground floor. Access to private parking is possible all year round.
