Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne, in the historic district of "La Chaume", the cradle of the city!
This pleasant accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort.
Shops, transport, marina, restaurants... Everything can be done on foot. Bike rental at 290m
Ideal location for any event (Iron Man, Vendée Globe, Golden Globe Race,...).
This functional accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, this newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of:
- An entrance with plenty of storage.
- A dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,...)
- A bedroom with queen-size bed (160/200cm) with built-in cupboards
- A separate WC
- A bathroom with bathtub
On the mezzanine, a relaxation lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed with a real mattress (sleeps 140/190cm).
And to top it off, a wifi ADSL, a dedicated and private parking space. A space to store your bikes, outside the residence (out of sight).
We provide duvet and pillows.
If you wish, as additional options, we can provide you with sheets and towels so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Early arrival possible in low season.
Late arrival possible (additional charge).
The outings are between 8 and 10 am. Late departure possible in low season.
Departure before 8am possible (additional charge).

Stay in peace in the beautiful seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne in this charming apartment located in the historic district of La Chaume.This accommodation of approximately 42m², located on the 1st floor of a small condominium, includes a living room, with an open kitchen equipped and furnished to make your stay more comfortable.An accessible terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a side view of the channel of the legendary Vendée Globe.In the kitchen you will find: oven, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils ...).The living room is equipped with a television and a sofa bed (140/190). There is also Wi-Fi access in the accommodation.The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 * 200.- A bathroom with shower, a sink, a toilet and a top washing machine.This accommodation does not have a private parking space but there is the Anselme Maraud square 50 meters away where you can find free parking spaces.
