-a pleasant balcony offering a view of the ocean and the park with a beautiful shared swimming pool.
-a bedroom with 140/190 bed and storage space.

For your waterfront vacation, come and stay in this superb apartment with a 180° view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Les Sables d'Olonne.
With a balcony and private parking, this apartment is very comfortable and bright.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The living room and the bedroom have direct access to the balcony, and therefore an exceptional sea view.
Located on the 4th floor with lift, one-bedroom apartment of 42m², completely renovated and ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne
It also has private parking with camera surveillance, a common room for bikes and surfboards.
Fiber wifi is available.
The apartment is composed:
