-a fully equipped kitchen designed to allow you to prepare delicious meals.
-a pleasant balcony offering a view of the ocean and the park with a beautiful shared swimming pool.
-a bedroom with 140/190 bed and storage space.

A heated swimming pool common to the residence is at your disposal from May 1 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Private parking secured by a gate.

- The Ombret basin (natural swimming pool and its beach): 650m
- The ocean and its pedestrian paths (wild coast): 60m
- The beach and a multitude of activities 1km
