Pleasant apartment of 25 m2 on the ground floor of a residence on a human scale
Located on Port Olona, this accommodation will allow you to benefit from a pleasant location to visit Les Sables d'Olonne without moving your car.
From the apartment you will have an unobstructed view of the marina.
At 4 min at the foot of the apartment, you can take (in high season) the sea shuttle allowing you to reach the large beach in a few minutes, while enjoying the iodized air.
The "Marinas" apartment is a T1 Bis consisting of a loggia with its bay window giving visibility over the marina throughout your stay.
Then you will arrive in a pleasant living room / living room / kitchen.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped so that you can be completely independent.
Finally you will find a small cocooning room with a 140*190cm bed and its adjoining bathroom. A separate toilet is also available.
Possibility of sleeping for a 3rd person in the living room.
In order to park you as well as possible, places are accessible throughout the year on the side and the back of the building.
You can move from the apartment by car, on foot, by bus, by sea shuttle or by bicycle. What could be nicer than being able to do everything on foot.

Everything is close:
- Super U at 500m
- Restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy at 150m
- Various shops all along the quai de la chaume (restaurants, grocery store, butcher, ...) between 250m and 1km

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
