Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne, in the historic district of "La Chaume", the cradle of the city! This pleasant accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort. Shops, transport, marina, restaurants... Everything can be done on foot. Bike rental at 290m Ideal location for any event (Iron Man, Vendée Globe, Golden Globe Race,...). This functional accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, this newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of: - An entrance with plenty of storage. - A dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,...) - A bedroom with queen-size bed (160/200cm) with built-in cupboards - A separate WC - A bathroom with bathtub On the mezzanine, a relaxation lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed with a real mattress (sleeps 140/190cm). And to top it off, a wifi ADSL, a dedicated and private parking space. A space to store your bikes, outside the residence (out of sight). We provide duvet and pillows. If you wish, as additional options, we can provide you with sheets and towels so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Early arrival possible in low season. Bus line B stops a few meters from the apartment (Places d’armes station): journey time 18 min We also offer paid transfer to and from the train station. COME BY CAR You can park your vehicle a few steps from the accommodation (on the thatched quay), or in the streets near the accommodation. No place assigned to the apartment. RENT A BIKE A bike rental company is located 7min walk away and is open all year round. Just call him to pick up a bike.
