With a balcony and private parking, this apartment is very comfortable and bright. Bed linen and towels are provided. Located on the 4th floor with lift, one-bedroom apartment of 42m², completely renovated and ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne It also has private parking with camera surveillance, a common room for bikes and surfboards. Fiber wifi is available.
