Pleasant apartment on the 1st floor of a residence on a human scale and calm.
Located on Port Olona, this accommodation will allow you to benefit from a pleasant location to visit Les Sables d'Olonne without moving your car.
From the apartment you will have an unobstructed view of the marina.
A 4-minute walk from the apartment, you can take (April to June + September (holidays, weekends and bridges), July and August, October and November) the maritime shuttle allowing you to access the large beach in just a few minutes. minutes, while enjoying the salty air.
Located in the district of La Chaume, in Les Sables d'Olonne, the apartment, located on the 1st floor, is a studio composed of a loggia with its bay window giving visibility on the marina throughout your stay.

Le stationnement dans la rue était gratuit et possible en ce mois d'août. Soliane est présente lors de l'arrivée et prend le temps de donner les explications nécessaires au fonctionnement de tous les équipements. Elle est également de très bon conseil pour les activités possibles aux alentours. C'est une location à réserver les yeux fermés !
