LA CLE CHAUMOISE - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM according to the concierge schedule, either at the office or in person, depending on availability. Later arrivals are possible independently or in person (a fee of €25 to €50 will be charged upon arrival).
Departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM according to the concierge schedule. Later departures and early arrivals are possible depending on subsequent bookings.
MISCELLANEOUS
Sheets and towels are optional or included depending on the accommodation. Reservations are possible for all stays.
Please note that the heating should not be set above 20 degrees Celsius. Also, please remember to turn off the lights when leaving the accommodation and turn off the heating if windows are open. Thank you for your understanding. Inspections may be conducted.
The accommodation must be left clean, with the trash emptied and the dishes put away and clean.
A set of keys will be given to you upon arrival. This set must be returned upon departure.
BUNK BED:
Please note that the upper bunk/mezzanine is not suitable for children under 6 years old. We ask that you exercise extreme caution in all cases.
INTERNET/TV
Free internet access is available in some accommodations. Users agree not to use the Wi-Fi service for illicit, prohibited, or illegal purposes.
Internet access is not available in other accommodations. We can rent you a connection. Please feel free to contact me.
Also, the purchase of any VOD, games, etc., is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the price being deducted from your security deposit by three times the amount of any such purchase.
POOL/JACUCZI
The terrace can be slippery when wet. Please be careful, as there is a risk of falling.
Please remember to refill the pool to three-quarters of the skimmer level for swimming pools, and to the top of the headrests for spas. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage to the equipment.
La Clé Chaumoise reminds users that the pool is unsupervised; therefore, the responsibility for the safety of all guests rests with the adults present.
All pool users must have liability insurance and acknowledge that they release the owners from all liability regarding the safety of all guests.
Children under 16 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, are not permitted in the pool area. Babies must wear special diapers. They must be supervised by a responsible adult who knows how to swim (to avoid any risk of accidents, we ask that you pay particular attention to young children). Children must never be left unattended at the poolside.
Pool users agree to shower before swimming and to use only their own towels.
Water quality and levels may be checked by staff from LA CLE CHAUMOISE or their service provider during your stay.
Rental Agreement
This agreement is made between:
- LA CLE CHAUMOISE – 19 rue de la corvette – 85100 LES SABLES D’OLONNE, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of €5,000.
- the traveler
It has been agreed between the Parties that LA CLE CHAUMOISE rents the accommodation chosen by the traveler. The reservation is granted and accepted at the price, charges, and specific conditions indicated on the booking confirmation, of which these general terms and conditions form an integral part.
1. Purpose
The rented accommodations are not intended for use as a primary residence or for mixed professional and residential use. They are rented furnished as seasonal rentals.
The parties agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the stipulations of this contract and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. The Accommodation
All the accommodation details are available on the website www.reservations.laclechaumoise.fr (number of beds, maximum occupancy, photographs, etc.).
The property address is indicated on the booking confirmation, as well as the number of occupants (minors, adults), and the start and end dates of the stay.
Any changes must be notified by the traveler to LA CLE CHAUMOISE so that the modifications can be made. Please note that the maximum number of occupants must not be exceeded, as LA CLE CHAUMOISE reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises.
3. Duration of Seasonal Rental
The stay is for a fixed period and does not, under any circumstances, grant a right to remain on the premises after the end of the stay.
Depending on the availability of LA CLE CHAUMOISE staff, arrival and departure times may be modified. These times are defined and communicated to guests a few days prior to arrival in order to ensure that the property can be properly accommodated.
