The living room opens directly onto the landscaped garden and not overlooked, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs.The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a queen size bed 160 * 200 and its dressing room.- A bedroom with a double bed 140 * 190- A bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and WC.- A separate toilet.This accommodation also has a garage to store your bikes, surfboards. In front of the garage you can park your vehicle.Nearby:- 4 km from the Grande Plage des Sables d’Olonne- 3 km from supermarkets and shops- 4 km from the train stationAccess conditions:We will contact you to organize your stay a few days before your arrival.Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., independently or in person with a member of the team.
