In the historic heart of La Chaume, the district of Les Sables d'Olonne, come and stay in this pleasant little house.
This newly renovated house will allow you to stay as close as possible to the activities and shops of Les Sables d'Olonne, while remaining quiet.
Once your vehicle is parked, you can do everything on foot (shops, market, Port Olona, beach, wild coast, restaurants, etc.).
The house, ideal for 2 to 4 people, will delight you since it is composed of:
- A living room with convertible sofa bed (140/200), television, stereo,
- An open, fitted and equipped kitchen,
- A bedroom with a King size bed (180/200) or possibility of separating it into 2 single beds (90/200)
- A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, as well as a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, filter coffee maker,...
And the little extra: Fiber wifi access.
That's it, you know everything... all you have to do is come and stay there for your next vacation in Les Sables d'Olonne.
Parking is free on the street and nearby streets. You also have Place Maraud 180m away which has around 80 places.
