You will be charmed by this house, one of a kind, and close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort.
The accommodation is located in a street in the center of the chaume - Cradle of the city - fishing district of Les Sables d'Olonne near the mythical Channel of the Vendée Globe.
A private garage is possible (300m from the accommodation).
Teleworking tested and approved (fiber).
This accommodation is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, no more! We cannot accept more than 4 travelers.
With its charm of stone, this newly renovated maisonette is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 living room (TV) / living room / kitchen
- 1 separate WC
Upstairs, a staircase will allow you to access:
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, desk, television.
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (be careful, the upper bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old).
- 1 communicating bathroom between the 2 bedrooms with shower, washing machine, WC.
No need to be transported, you will find absolutely everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).
Les Sables d'Olonne station is served by the TGV and is located 4km from the house.
The bus line stops 500 meters from the house
We also offer paid transfer to and from the train station
RENT A BIKE
A bike rental company is located 7min walk away and is open all year round. Just call him to pick up a bike.
