The living room opens directly onto a pleasant terrace without vis-à-vis, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a jacuzzi 😊The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 * 200.- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a 180/200 bed)- A bathroom with Italian shower, sink and towel rack- A separate toilet.This accommodation also has a private parking space.N.B.: A second similar house can be rented separately but it is also possible to contact us to book the 2 houses together to reach 8 beds.It is important to note that the jacuzzi is optional during the period from October 1st to April 30th. The accommodation is located in a street in the center of the chaume - Cradle of the city - fishing district of Les Sables d'Olonne near the mythical Channel of the Vendée Globe.

Come and stay and relax in this charming little house located at the foot of the former Sables d'Olonne semaphore, in the Chaume district, the cradle of the city.
Everything is there: private garden, residence swimming pool, parking space.
The accommodation is close to the Armandèche lighthouse, the coastal path and the cycle paths. Bus line B provides easy access to the TGV station and the city center.
Enter this pleasant house through its outdoor garden and discover:
- A living room with sofa, television, dining table.
- A fully equipped and fitted kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, condiments, ...)
- A bathroom with shower
