This pleasant accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort.

Ideal location for any event (Iron Man, Vendée Globe, Golden Globe Race,...).
This functional accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, this newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of:
- An entrance with plenty of storage.
- A dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,...)
- A bedroom with queen-size bed (160/200cm) with built-in cupboards
- A separate WC
- A bathroom with bathtub
On the mezzanine, a relaxation lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed with a real mattress (sleeps 140/190cm).
And to top it off, a wifi ADSL, a dedicated and private parking space. A space to store your bikes, outside the residence (out of sight).
We provide duvet and pillows.
If you wish, as additional options, we can provide you with sheets and towels so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Early arrival possible in low season.
Late arrival possible (additional charge).
The outings are between 8 and 10 am. Late departure possible in low season.

Benefiting from a clear view of the sea and the Saint Nicolas priory, this accommodation will allow you to get away from it all during your stay.
In a peaceful setting, yet close to the main Sables d'Olonne activities, this accommodation will delight you with its location.
Come and stay in this T1 bis type apartment, approximately 35m², composed of:
- of a large living room with lounge / dining area (with sofa bed) - sea view
- of an open kitchen, fully equipped and fitted (dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator)
- of a bathroom (shower, washbasin, storage, washing machine)
- of an independent toilet
- of an alcove with 140*190cm bed
and to conclude:

A small maritime boat (ferry) 350 m from the accommodation (July / August) will allow you to access the city centre of Sables d'Olonne and the main beach.
You have access to the entire accommodation, including the parking space.
