• A magnificent living area facing the ocean, with sofas, armchairs and television, ideal for admiring the view at any time of day.
• An elegant dining room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen, everything you need to share delicious meals facing the sea.
• An independent toilet.
On the 1st floor:
• A first suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom.
• A cosy lounge dedicated to contemplating the ocean.
• An office/seminar space, perfect for remote work or professional stays
• On the mezzanine, 3 cosy beds: double bed (140x200) and single bed.
• An independent toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
• A suite with a queen-size bed and private bathroom.
• A second sea-view suite with a queen-size bed and bathroom.
• An independent toilet.
• Numerous storage spaces cleverly integrated to facilitate your stay.
In the basement:
• A family bedroom recently renovated with 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed and bathroom.
• A fully equipped linen room.
The exteriors & parking
A private garage is at your disposal for a small vehicle. You will also be able to easily store bicycles, surfboards and beach equipment there.

Upon arrival, settle in: beds made, toiletries provided and fibre WiFi available. Everything is in place for a stay marked by comfort and escape.
