The secure cycle path that runs along the wild coast will allow you to access the coastal forest on one side and the beaches on the other.
Located in a dead end, enjoy the calm and serenity in this beautiful 137m² villa with 4 bedrooms (including 1 with sea view from the first floor and accessible balcony), 1 terrace upstairs with sea view, 1 beautiful wooden terrace on the ground floor giving access to a large garden of 800m².
For 6 adults + 2/3 children + 1 baby.
The villa is totally independent, not adjoining, with its fully enclosed garden of 800m²
On the ground floor:
Living / dining room open to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
TV - WIFI
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, traditional oven, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster... all to prepare good meals.
Bedroom 1: a 140*190cm bed and its cot. The bedroom is located at the bottom of the ground floor and separated by 2 doors. This will allow your little toddler to sleep peacefully while you enjoy.
Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink.
Independent WC.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: sea view and direct access to the balcony - queen size bed (160*200).
Separate shower room with WC, 1 basin.
Balcony with sea view, facing south.
Bedroom 3: bed 140*190 cm
Bedroom 4: bunk bed + extra bed drawer. (Warning, top bunk is not suitable for a child under 6 years old).
