At the heart of the room: an elegant and fully equipped open kitchen, dominated by a large central island for sharing convivial meals. Continuing on, a cosy living room invites you to slow down (TV, Netflix, fibre Wifi).
The large sliding bay windows completely disappear to extend the room towards the outside and create a true inside-outside continuity.
In the background: an intimate and soothing garden.
You will first discover a terrace with a garden lounge, ideal for breakfasts in the sun or long summer evenings... then a verdant setting with zen inspiration, adorned with carefully chosen plantings.
A rare luxury: a garden without overlooking neighbours in the heart of the city and just a few steps from the ocean!
On the ground floor, you will also find:
• An independent toilet
• A large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

Upstairs, the volumes continue to surprise with two particularly spacious bedrooms, designed as true cocoons:
