Welcome to this sunny 24 m² studio, ideal for 2 to 3 travellers, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, facing the Olona marina. A perfect pied-à-terre to discover Les Sables-d'Olonne… without moving the car.

Just a 1-minute walk away, the water shuttle (depending on periods: April to June, school holidays & bank holidays, July-August, September to November) allows you to reach the Main Beach in just a few minutes, whilst enjoying the sea air.

🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty the bins, strip the beds (if option taken), wash and put away the dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Welcome to Ancora 6, a studio located in the La Chaume district, in Les Sables-d'Olonne, on the 3rd floor with lift

Functional and pleasant to live in, it constitutes an ideal starting point for discovering the Vendée coastline.
Its main asset: an unobstructed view of the bay and the Priory of Saint-Nicolas.

☀️ Designed to accommodate up to 3 people, the studio features a bright living room with a 140/190 sofa bed, television and dining area facing the view. A pleasant setting to relax after a day of hiking, beach or sightseeing.

🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your meals independently: oven, hob, refrigerator and kitchen utensils.

🌅 A true asset of the property, the large balcony allows you to make the most of it. Equipped, it offers a privileged space to have a meal, read or simply admire the bay.

🛏️ A single bed 90/200 completes the sleeping arrangements and allows comfortably accommodating a third person, in an alcove.

🚿 The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and storage. The toilet is separate for added comfort.

🚗 A private parking space is provided for you in the residence, facilitating your movements throughout your stay.

🌊 The beaches of the wild coast as well as the Dombret basin are located nearby, offering beautiful opportunities for swimming and relaxation facing the ocean.
🏖️ The large beach of Les Sables-d'Olonne, the port, shops, restaurants and city centre entertainment are accessible in just a few minutes.
🛒 For your daily shopping, a supermarket is located approximately 1.6 km from the accommodation.

No wifi - wifi box rental available
Arrival between 4pm and 5:30pm at the agency. In case of late arrival, self-check-in can be arranged depending on the period conditions.
Departure between 8am and 10am. In low season and outside events, late departure can be offered as an option.
🧼 End of stay cleaning is included. We simply ask you to empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes, strip the beds if the linen option has been taken out, and leave the accommodation in a generally good condition.
🛏️ Sheets and towels are available as an option upon reservation with the concierge.
🔒 A security deposit by secure bank imprint (Swikly) will be requested before your arrival. It will not be charged except in case of damage found.
