The Villa unveils a 140 m² house, entirely designed to welcome families and groups in a setting that is both friendly and functional.
The house is spread over several levels:
• On the ground floor, the bright living space tastefully furnished, brings together an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge for sharing lovely moments.
• In the basement
Two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160), an office space, a bathroom with WC, as well as a utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer).
• On the 1st floor
A modular bedroom with 3 single beds (including 2 that can be joined into a double bed), a bedroom with a 160 bed and desk, as well as a second bathroom with WC.
Outside, enjoy a courtyard, ideal for your breakfasts or your returns from the beach. A plancha is available.
