• A separate toilet on the ground floor
• A laundry area with washer/dryer
Night spaces
The house offers two distinct night areas.
First night space, on the 1st floor from the entrance:
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe.
• 1 "dormitory" bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be converted into double beds.
• 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Second escape night (new for 2024), on the first floor after the kitchen:
• 1 bedroom with two single beds 80 cm that can be joined to form a 160x200 bed.
• A second bedroom arranged in the same way, with modular twin beds.
• A second modern bathroom, on the ground floor, serves this part of the house.
The exteriors & complementary equipment
The surprise of this house lies in its intimate courtyard, fitted out with its garden lounge, perfect for a coffee in the sun or summer dinners.
