Come and enjoy a stay in this pleasant house, located in a quiet area of Les Sables d'Olonne.
It will delight you with its brightness, its decoration, and its location, a few steps from the beach of PARACOU.
The accommodation is a dwelling house of approximately 130m² composed as follows:
- Parking in front of the house (other free parking in the street is possible).
- A carefully decorated lounge / living room with pellet stove
- A fully equipped and furnished kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (krups coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezer combinations, etc.)
- 4 bedrooms upstairs including a bedroom with a bed that can be separated into 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- 2 separate toilets
-An office in order to be able to telecommute in complete tranquility with wifi.
To top it off, a garage where you can install your bikes, a washing machine at your disposal, and a pleasant garden with its outdoor kitchen (plancha, gas stove, sink, bar) to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
Also an outdoor shower for returning from the beach awaits you.
