Do you want to enjoy a stay in Les Sables d'Olonne while enjoying the city and its activities? Then you are in the right place!
You will be charmed by this house, close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easier to visit our beautiful seaside resort.
The accommodation is located on a quiet street in the old fishing district of Les Sables d'Olonne and close to the legendary Chenal du Vendée Globe.

With its charm, this house is composed of:
- 1 living room with television, sofa and desk
- 1 living room with sofa, stove and terrace access
- 1 American kitchen and its dining area
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals.
On the 1st floor, a staircase will give you access to:
- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm bed and storage and view of the channel
- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm trundle bed and storage.
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm (queen size)
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 independent toilet
In the 1/2 basement, a laundry area (washing machine + dryer).
No need to be transported, you will find absolutely everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).
Les Sables d’Olonne station is served by the Tgv and is located 3km from the house.
The bus line stops 200 meters from the house
We also offer a paid transfer to and from the station.
Shops in the immediate vicinity (grocery store 300m away, Super U supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy, etc.),
Maritime shuttle 250m away allowing you to access the large beach, the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne, activities,...
