Welcome to the Swan & Heron Duo, two independent houses side by side, designed to accommodate up to 8 travellers. Whether you come with family, friends, for a hen party, or any other small gathering... you will enjoy a privileged place to share real moments together, while preserving everyone's privacy.
Put down your suitcases in a peaceful setting, right next to the beautiful marshes of Olonne, and enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the heart of the seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Single-storey and newly built, these two houses offer 50 and 55 m² of modern comfort in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.
With their cosy terraces, bright spaces and carefully crafted decor, the Duo Cygne & Héron is THE ideal pied-à-terre to meet up!
The two houses are organised almost in the same way:
🏡 Living Spaces:
2 living rooms of approximately 25 m², bright and facing full south, each opening onto a fully equipped kitchen: ideal for preparing delicious little dishes after a day of walking. The living room (TV, Wifi) gives access to a pleasant private wooden terrace, without overlooking neighbours, where you will enjoy a garden furniture set and a jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation 🌷 So there are 2 jacuzzis!
It is on the terrace of Cygne that everyone meets: a space that harmoniously brings together the two houses (from the Cygne lounge and the Héron kitchen).
😴 Night areas:
• 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160×200) in each house
• 1 bedroom with two single beds - which can also be joined (180×200) in each house
• 1 ultra-modern bathroom with walk-in shower in each house (separate toilet at Cygne)
It is possible to park 1 to 2 vehicles in front of each house, which will greatly facilitate your life.
A path (pedestrian and cyclable) allows you to reach the Marinette (free shuttle) in a few minutes, which will take you to the Grande Plage!
🛁 Info hot tubs: From 1st October to 30th April, hot tubs are offered as an optional extra at a rate of £25 per night per hot tub.
➕ For small tribes, know that these houses are also available for rent independently of each other, to accommodate 4 travellers each.
