OFFER Start of rental: Jacuzzi option for the departure weekend of the Vendée Globe.Do you want to stay in a new house in Les Sables d'Olonne, while being in a quiet area?This ground floor accommodation located in a residential area while being close to shops and the beach.This approximately 55m² new build house includes a 26m² south-facing living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant wooden terrace without any opposite, equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a jacuzzi 😊The sleeping area consists of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160*200.- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/200 bed)- A shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and suspended toilet.This accommodation also has a private parking space.N.B.: A second similar house (Cygne) can be rented separately but it is also possible to contact us to book the 2 houses together to reach 8 sleeping places.It is important to note that the jacuzzi is an option during the period from October 1st to April 30th. The cost for the option is 25€ / night.Nearby:- 4 km from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne- 1.7 km from supermarkets and shops- 3 km from the train stationAccess conditions:We will contact you to organise your stay a few days before your arrival.Arrival between 4pm and 8pm, independently or in person with a member of the team. Fees apply for physical arrivals after 6pm.Departure between 8am and 10am.- Pets not allowed.- Non-smoking accommodation.- Respect for the neighbourhood: parties not allowed.- Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Bedding and towels: Additional options.Cleaning: Included in your stay so that you can make the most of your stay.However, we ask travellers to strip the beds if options are taken, empty the bins and tidy the dishes before leaving.Deposit: A deposit is to be paid via a separate email.
