OFFER Start of rental: Jacuzzi option for the departure weekend of the Vendée Globe.Do you want to stay in a new house in Les Sables d'Olonne, while being in a quiet area?This ground floor accommodation located in a residential area while being close to shops and the beach.This approximately 55m² new build house includes a 26m² south-facing living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant wooden terrace without any opposite, equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a jacuzzi 😊The sleeping area consists of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160*200.- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/200 bed)- A shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and suspended toilet.This accommodation also has a private parking space.N.B.: A second similar house (Cygne) can be rented separately but it is also possible to contact us to book the 2 houses together to reach 8 sleeping places.It is important to note that the jacuzzi is an option during the period from October 1st to April 30th. Come and stay and relax in this charming little house located at the foot of the former Sables d'Olonne semaphore, in the Chaume district, the cradle of the city.
Everything is there: private garden, residence swimming pool, parking space.
The accommodation is close to the Armandèche lighthouse, the coastal path and the cycle paths. Bus line B provides easy access to the TGV station and the city center.
