The 25 m² living room, bright and facing due south, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: ideal for preparing delicious little dishes after a day of walking.
The living room provides access to a pleasant wooden terrace, with no overlooking neighbours, where you will enjoy a garden lounge and a private jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation 🌷
🛁 Jacuzzi info: From 1st October to 30th April, the jacuzzi is offered as an optional extra at a rate of £25 per night.
😴 The night area is structured as follows:
• 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160×200)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds - which can also be joined together (180×200)
• 1 ultra-recent bathroom with walk-in shower
• 1 independent toilet
A parking space in front of the house will greatly facilitate your life.
➕ Please note that a second house, identical and nearby, is also available for rent. It is entirely possible to book the entire property to accommodate up to 8 travellers.

Come and stay and relax in this charming little house located at the foot of the former Sables d'Olonne semaphore, in the Chaume district, the cradle of the city.
Everything is there: private garden, residence swimming pool, parking space.
The accommodation is close to the Armandèche lighthouse, the coastal path and the cycle paths. Bus line B provides easy access to the TGV station and the city center.
