At the back of the house, enjoy a sunny and peaceful outdoor space (terrace and small garden). Here, time slows down... a "travel" atmosphere created by the terracotta walls and vegetation. A true corner of paradise sheltered from prying eyes.
A garden lounge invites relaxation: idleness, a gourmet aperitif with local flavours, lulled by the evening light... While others busy themselves preparing the meal around the plancha provided for you. To the table! This is what holidays are all about...

The owners and concierge wish to emphasise the importance of respecting neighbourly relations during your stay (semi-detached house). We encourage our travellers to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and avoid excessive noise disturbances, particularly in the evening. This helps to ensure a pleasant experience for all residents of La Chaume.

Finally, the floor houses 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a queen-size bed.
• The "Pine" room and the "Green" room provide access to a charming small balcony
• The 3rd bedroom is located on the South side
• One of the bedrooms is equipped with a reversible air conditioning, a real plus in summer and winter!
A functional bathroom with double washbasin, shower and washing machine completes the floor. Separate WC.

By staying here, you are immersed in the unique atmosphere of La Chaume, its history and maritime alleyways.

. The lively Quays: restaurants, walk along the mythical channel...
. Typical covered food market (open from Tuesday to Sunday July/August - on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays the rest of the year)
. The ferry just a few metres away: reach the town centre of Les Sables, La Grande Plage and Le Remblai in just a few minutes
. 10 minutes walk: the Dombret Basin, a popular spot for swimming and views
. And a little further by bike, set off to discover: the wild coast, La Paracou Beach (10 minutes), the Olonne marshes... true natural treasures! Electric bikes are provided by the city (free for the first 15 minutes!) very close to the house.

📅 Practical Information

Arrival: between 4 pm and 5:30 pm at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry / flexibility outside peak hours.)
Departure: between 8 am and 10 am (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty the bins, unmake the beds (if option taken), wash and put away the dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
🛏️ Linen: Sheets & towels optional, to be booked with the concierge
🔒 Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
