- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm bed and storage.

The second bedroom will allow you to access via a staircase to the 2nd floor having:
- 1 large bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, storage space and access to an outdoor terrace
In the basement, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a laundry area (washing machine + drying rack).
No need to be transported, you will find absolutely everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).
Les Sables d’Olonne station is served by the TGV and is located 4km from the house.
