This pleasant accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort.

This functional accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, this newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of:
- An entrance with plenty of storage.
- A dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,...)
- A bedroom with queen-size bed (160/200cm) with built-in cupboards
- A separate WC
- A bathroom with bathtub
On the mezzanine, a relaxation lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed with a real mattress (sleeps 140/190cm).
And to top it off, a wifi ADSL, a dedicated and private parking space. A space to store your bikes, outside the residence (out of sight).
We provide duvet and pillows.
If you wish, as additional options, we can provide you with sheets and towels so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Early arrival possible in low season.
Late arrival possible (additional charge).
The outings are between 8 and 10 am. Late departure possible in low season.

For your waterfront vacation, come and stay in this superb apartment with a 180° view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Les Sables d'Olonne.
With a balcony and private parking, this apartment is very comfortable and bright.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The living room and the bedroom have direct access to the balcony, and therefore an exceptional sea view.
Located on the 4th floor with lift, one-bedroom apartment of 42m², completely renovated and ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne
It also has private parking with camera surveillance, a common room for bikes and surfboards.

The apartment is composed:

- An American kitchen with everything you need (filter coffee maker, Delonghi coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, etc.).
