Come and enjoy this pleasant 56m² apartment, classified 3*, on one level enjoying a view of the ocean and the Armandèche lighthouse.
This accommodation is located on the wild side of the Sables d'Olonne which allows it to be quiet while having access to amenities (by car, bike, bus or on foot).
Blue road with little traffic and pleasant.
Located 50m from the ocean, this comfortable 3* accommodation is made up of:
- living room / living room with television, sofa bed (2 places)
- fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc.).
All opening onto a south-west facing terrace with a view of the famous lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean.
The sleeping area is composed of:
- a bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, WC)
- a master bedroom with double bed (140*190cm)
- a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (the upper bed is not recommended for children under 6 years old) and a trundle bed. This room can therefore accommodate up to 3 children.
Both bedrooms give access to another shaded terrace at the back
A free parking space is allocated to this accommodation (at the back of the residence, accessible via a gate, access can be a bit complicated if several vehicles are parked).
You have access to the whole accommodation.
