Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne, in the historic district of "La Chaume", the cradle of the city! This pleasant accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, which makes it easy to visit our beautiful seaside resort. Shops, transport, marina, restaurants... Everything can be done on foot. Bike rental at 290m Ideal location for any event (Iron Man, Vendée Globe, Golden Globe Race,...). This functional accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, this newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of: - An entrance with plenty of storage. - A dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,...) - A bedroom with queen-size bed (160/200cm) with built-in cupboards - A separate WC - A bathroom with bathtub On the mezzanine, a relaxation lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed with a real mattress (sleeps 140/190cm). The entire apartment is at your disposal. A large parking space is at your disposal in the basement of the secure residence.
